FODMAPs are a frequently discussed group of foods that many people are confused about — learn what they are and whether you need to worry about them. Although I am not very familiar with Fodmaps literally thought it was called food maps for the longest time, and that there was some sort of map with foods you could eat or something I think it will actually help with some of the stomach distress I experience often. Megan Rossi, avoiding certain sugars became a lot easier. Omg…where do I start! It really is so tough to experiment on yourself and exhausting too! Getting to the source of the problem may require more drastic measures. The role that food plays in your life is one of the factors that influence diet adherence. Brussels sprouts, cabbage and broccoli are my worst offenders — but I love them so!
