It first happened when I read THINK AND GROW RICH by Napoleon Hill, and was I ever excited. What a great book! What amazing ideas! So where was the money? Not only did I not grow rich, I did not even grow richer- so I read it through two more times and continued to be positively unrich.I tried other books: I read about enthusiasm and found myself singing in the shower at six am (Oh, What a Beautiful Morning!)- I read about visualization, imagined using my imagination and then did- I even read up on and worked at positive thinking. The effects of each effort lasted only as long as my attention, and with A.D.D.

I guess it was just not long enough. No matter what I learned or tried, my normal negative feelings continued, and they continued generating thoughts like “I can’t do this”- or “It’s never going to work anyway”- or “My life sucks”, or all of the above.Maybe the problem was that my own negativity was just too overwhelming for success, or maybe I just did not push hard enough or long enough, or perhaps the wrong planets were in the right place at the moment of my birth. So, what to do?… (continued within the book, #4).THE TRUTHIt only takes one book to bring success IF you know why the others did not work.

And when desire is strong and just out of reach, one piece of information can be enough to bring the fulfillment we deserve.WHAT THIS BOOK WILL DO FOR YOUYou will discover why so many wonderful books seem to fail—and you will know exactly what to do about it.You will know how to positively identify the problems that are holding you back.Do you need some motivation to dust off that dream? I would buy it straight away. PARTIKINTHE TITLE is an understatement. The unique way that the author explains examples of everyday griefs, gripes, and negative thoughts and then in turn gives insightful solutions to help you change your mindset in small simple ways that everyone can implement at their own pace and comfort level. It has definitely left me thinking. GOODIEGUNTZI HAVE NOMINATED you for the Very Inspirational Blogger Award. Keep up the great writing! ANONYMOUSI FELT LIKE you were writing this to me!

lol. I am going through this exact thing at work right now. What an interesting approach. I am already imagining the look on my boss’s face when I decide to let her win in our next dWHEN THE EGO rears its ugly head, Speraw has his finger right on its jugular. With a touch of levity, he adeptly analyses common emotions and life situations to help the reader see through the veils of habit and peer pressure initiated behaviors.

I consider this a meaningful read for understanding contemporary cultural quandaries. JAMI
